About me
For years I guided people into nature.
Today I guide women back to themselves.
I know how it feels to spend a lifetime caring for others — and to sense, one day, that something of your own is still waiting.

My story
I'm Martina. I raised two children on my own — years in which there was rarely room for my own questions.
What kept me grounded was nature. I guided families and children through forests, gathered herbs, explained insects and birdsong. Nature was my teacher — it showed me that growth takes time, and that after every retreat comes a new beginning.
Then a friend said one sentence that tied it all together:
"Guardian — that applies to women too. We are the guardians of life."
Today I bring both together: what I learned in nature, and mental training for women who stand exactly where I once stood.
I'm not talking about a path I know from books. I have walked it myself.

Why I combine nature and mental training
Most people know only one of the two: mental training that stays in the head — or nature as a pretty backdrop. I bring them together, because one explains the other.
The tree grows quietly, even when no one is watching. The caterpillar becomes a butterfly — not despite the cocoon, but through it. Autumn is not decline, but retreat before a new beginning. To me these images aren't decoration. They are tools: they show you what has been inside you all along.
That is exactly how Naturhüter ("guardian of nature") came to be — and the idea that you, too, are a guardian: the guardian of your own life.
What matters to me
It started in 2005, with an eight-month course in personal development. The wish to truly help people never let go of me — it led me to train as a nature guide in 2019, and it still drives me today. Even now I keep learning, trying new techniques and finding new ways — because I don't want to stay standing on one step.
But titles and dates say little about whether someone understands you. What matters more to me is that you feel one thing: here is someone who truly listens. I don't work with off-the-shelf programmes — I see you as the one person you are. With your story, your pace, your path.
